1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gargclasses.com, submitting an enquiry, or taking admission at Garg Classes, you (the student and/or parent/guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Admission

• Admission is confirmed only after submission of a completed admission form and payment of the applicable fees.
• Garg Classes reserves the right to accept or refuse any admission without assigning a reason.
• Information provided at the time of admission must be true and complete. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation of admission.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees must be paid as per the fee structure and due dates communicated at the time of admission.
• Where installments are allowed, each installment must be paid on or before the due date. A late fee may be charged for delayed payments.
• Fees once fixed for a session will not be changed for that session, except for applicable taxes.
• Please collect an official receipt for every payment made.

4. Refund Policy

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional cases (such as a genuine medical emergency or transfer of the parent's job to another city), refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the management, after deducting charges for the classes attended, study material and administrative costs.

5. Attendance & Discipline

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
• Respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff and fellow students is mandatory.
• Use of mobile phones during class is not allowed unless permitted by the teacher.
• Any damage to institute property will be charged to the student responsible.
• Repeated indiscipline may result in suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.

6. Batches & Schedule

Garg Classes reserves the right to change batch timings, faculty, class schedule or venue when necessary. Students and parents will be informed of such changes in advance wherever possible. Classes missed by a student due to personal reasons will not be compensated separately, although doubt sessions may be available.

7. Study Material & Intellectual Property

All notes, test papers, videos, logos and content provided by Garg Classes (in print, online or on this website) are the intellectual property of Garg Classes. They are for the personal use of enrolled students only and may not be copied, sold, shared or distributed without written permission.

8. Results Disclaimer

We provide quality teaching and guidance, but final results depend on each student's own effort, regularity and practice. Garg Classes does not guarantee any specific marks, rank or selection in any examination.

9. Website Use

• The content on this website is for general information only and may be updated without notice.
• You agree not to misuse the website, submit false enquiries, or attempt to harm its security.
• Photos, results and testimonials displayed on the website are shared with the consent of the respective students/parents.

10. Limitation of Liability

Garg Classes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. We are not responsible for students' safety outside the institute premises or outside class hours.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
